GabrielFoster.com Is a narrative poetry blog and publisher for spirit, mind & body topics of a Victorian inspired fantasy world called Azantalight. Its stories are a series of anthology style storytelling than an overarching story line. Stories are told in different literary formats, including poetry. The Azantalight world uses Spirit, Mind & Body in terms of topics and messaging and Victorian fantasy, in terms of the world’s setting.

Victorian Fantasy Dictionary – Victorian fantasy is a genre that combines the historical setting and social atmosphere of the Victorian era with supernatural or magical elements. This can include both classic works from the period by authors like George MacDonald and Lewis Carroll, and modern books that are set in or inspired by the era, often featuring steampunk aesthetics, alternate histories, or magical societies. Examples range from the foundational works like Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland to modern takes like Susanna Clarke’s Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell and Gail Carriger’s Parasol Protectorate series.
The Azantalight world is not Earth, so its historical past was not built entirely from Earth’s Victorian history and heritage. It has its own, it evolved from a different path and thus does not look identical in make-up to Victorian England or The Gilded Age of America. It does continue to share many of the visual styles of the Victorian Age, but not some of its customs and culture.

Spirit, Mind & Body Dictionary – The concept of mind, body, and spirit refers to the interconnectedness of our physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. It emphasizes the importance of considering these three dimensions holistically for overall well-being.
On Azantalight many of the same holistic practices and holistic believes mirrors that of Earth in building a strong spirit, mind & body template.

Narrative Poetry Dictionary – A narrative poem is a poem that tells a story, incorporating elements like plot, characters, and setting, but using poetic devices such as rhythm, rhyme, and verse. It has a clear beginning, middle, and end, and can be short or long, though it is often longer than other forms of poetry like lyric poetry.
Usage of poetry! The poems used to convey the Azantalight world is a combination of Fantasy Poetry, Graphic Poetry, Wisdom Poetry, Mystic Poetry, Narrative Poetry and of course Spirit, Mind & Body Poetry. The style of poetry used is free verse, even in those cases when I may implement rhymes, they will still be free verse used in an overall narrative poetry style.

History and Timelines of Important Events
The Azantalight planet is a planet in another universe and it has a timeline similar to Earth in some respects. Human civilizations have been around on the planet for a good 6,000 years. That era has been documented as the New Era (NE) and anything before that is documented as the Old Era (OE) according to the Azantalight’s calendar. The old era consists of none human civilizations, such as from the elves, fairies and other races of intelligent life forms. Some of these lifeforms now also live in human civilizations.
- Continent Names – The four continents were named with part of their names as light, to honor the cosmic God Omnilight blessing their universe with star light and legend states that he came down from the heavens and thought the intelligent inhabitants of Azantalight the wisdom of building a more peaceful civilization sometime at the beginning of the New Era.
- The Races – Humans, elves, fairies and a number of other races live in the world of Azantalight. During the Old Era, many of these races went to war with each other on every continent on the planet. During the New Era, everyone lives alongside each other without going to war or having a separate racial society. Scuffles and small societal issues rear its head occasionally in the world’s societies, but peace is the general pursuit of the New Era. Glimpses into the Old Era shows a far different Azantalight back then when everyone lived in their own societies.
- The Noriloids – A humanoid animal race that originally came into existence by magic being experimented on them by ancients of the Old Era. The New Era brought with it laws and bans of such experiments, though illegal experiments do still quietly exist. The different species are numerous since they can be developed from any animal species on the planet. Once transformed into a humanoid form, the noriloids retain their ability to procreate with the opposite gender of their same species, thus legitimizing them as a race of Azantalight.
- Political Structure – During the Old Era, the various monarchs were well known for abusing their authority in the world and many were responsible for collapsing whole societies and being the cause of problems stemming from those abuses that hurt the citizens of their kingdoms. The New Era formed its own evolved unified politics by creating constitutions to limit the previously unlimited power of monarchs. The various monarchies are now made up in the following way across all four continents.
- King – Is the ultimate decision maker in authorizing laws created to run his kingdom.
- Queen – Second in command of ultimate decision making, with the understanding that the king can overrule her decisions.
- Counsellors of Continent – Politicians that help the monarchy run their kingdom across the country. Appointed by the monarchy.
- Counsellors of Counties – Politicians that help the monarchy run their counties on a deeper county specific level. They are voted in by the people of that specific county.
- Counsellors of Cities – Politicians that help the monarchy run a local city and is appointed by the locals themselves via voting.
- Counsellors of Towns – Politicians that help the monarchy run a local town and is appointed by the locals themselves via voting.
- All counsellors on various levels work with each other to uniformly be an effective royal political administration across the lands.

- Copper coins – Worth 1 cent/1 penny.
- Gold coins – A larger coin made of gold was worth 1 dollar.
