Make compress by leaving a washcloth in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Then the dip the cloth in water with ice-cubes. Wring the cloth and apply on headache (pain area).
  3. DIET – Try not to overeat and add a lot of fiber to your food. Use a lot of B vitamin, including niacin (2,000 mg). In addition, use vitamin B5 (50 mg). Eat your vitamin A and Iron infused vegetables rather than chemical supplements. Add magnesium to your diet. Individuals with magnesium deficiency usually have tension headaches. Reduce your intake of salt.
  4. THE EVERYDAY – Exercise regularly, but not during severe headaches. Get sufficient sleep. Let your standing posture be tall and your sitting as well. Learn to breathe deeply.
